Effective June 1, 2025, customers may request an electronic full tax invoice via the e-Tax Invoice by Time Stamp system.


How to Request an Electronic Tax Invoice

  1. Submit your request via email to: accounting@chaiyohosting.com
  2. Provide the following information for tax invoice issuance:
    • Company Name (for corporate entities) / Full Name (for individuals)
    • Address (registered address or current address)
    • Taxpayer Identification Number (or National ID Number)
  3. We reserve the right to issue a full tax invoice only on the day of service order.

Once all information is correctly provided, your e-Tax Invoice will be sent to you via email.

In cases where customers do not submit their request to the company, we will issue the tax invoice/receipt in its original paper format and send it via postal mail.
