Service Level Agreement


Chaiyo Hosting Company Limited ("the Company") has a policy to provide Chaiyo Cloud service with a minimum of 99.9% service to its customers during that year.

  1. Definitions used in the insurance service level.
    1. Time is not available. This means the time that any domain name is used on an IP unable to use Chaiyo Cloud service. Able to check with host-tracker.com.
    2. host-tracker.com means the service used for checking availability of service.
    3. The coverage of the Chaiyo Cloud service is covered only by the Cloud Services.

    4. Percentage of service availability means the number of minutes delete with unused time.
    5. Day of service means number of days that customers can use.
    6. Compensation period of service increasing the number of days of service from the customer's original expiration date. The rates are as follows.

  2. The customer must request a compensation date for self service. Once the customer completes the order, the service is set to expire. Upon expiration, customers will be required to request a self-service compensation date.
  3. Compensation period of service will add in that service. Can not switch to another service. And it can not be changed.
  4. Compensation period of service It will only be added if the system is normal. Do not include other cases that make it inaccessible.
