- Percentage of service availability means the number of minutes delete with unused time.
- Day of service means number of days that customers can use.
- Compensation period of service increasing the number of days of service from the customer's original expiration date. The rates are as follows.

- The customer must request a compensation date for self service. Once the customer completes the order, the service is set to expire. Upon expiration, customers will be required to request a self-service compensation date.
- Compensation period of service will add in that service. Can not switch to another service. And it can not be changed.
- Compensation period of service It will only be added if the system is normal. Do not include other cases that make it inaccessible.
