1.) www.chaiyohosting.com will not service on website in these features :
1.1 The Features of unserviceable website
1.2 The provider reserves the right to cancel a contract or a website by not having any notification and not paying back any service charge if the end user has some execution which is contrary to this policy of services. The provider reserves the right to consider that the end user's execution whether is contrary to the policy of services.
2.) Information which the end user gives to the provider must be true and correct information, if the end user key in incorrect or random information, the provider will not follow to the end user's requirement.
3.) The registered domain name is unchangeable, if the end user wants to change a domain name, the end user must pay for new domain name.
4.) The provider will undertake to start a service within 24 hours on working day after the provider gets the slip payment which is identified by fully detail. If the end user had already paid a service charge but the slip payment which is identified by fully detail, for instance, the end user doesn't identify number of order, domain name or lose a contact with the provider within one month, the provider need to cancel that order.
5.) The provider is pleased to refund of the service charge to the end user within 30 days if the end user dissatisfies at the provider's server service (excluding cost of domain name). (The provider is pleased to refund of the service charge if the end user doesn't have some wrong execution following to these terms of service. We will refund in case of the end user is dissatisfied in our service within 30 days since the service is started)
Terms of refund
- Cost of exchange rate because of currency convertion to Baht if the end user has a payment on other currencies (in this case, irrespective of whether the end user has already used the service, the provider need to deduct this fee before the repayment.)
- The service charge of a transfer is charges by a bank or the provider have a refund with a credit card (in this case, irrespective of whether the end user has already used the service, the provider need to deduct this fee before the repayment.)
- 535 baht of service fee (including VAT) (deduct because of hosting cost). In the case that the end user wants to repayment of hosting cost, the company will deduct that fee following to that amount.
6.) The provider will have a warning system for hosting's expire date including domain name which is registered by the provider. The warning will declare during 30 days and 15 days before the expiring date. If the end user hasn't yet paid the service charge, the provider have to temporarily stop the services and after 30 days of expire date, the provider have to delete data's the end user out of the system and can't recovery it.
7.) In case of the end user has already paid the service charge but the end user still doesn't use a right for free domain name or moving domain name from a hosting plan to free domain name. The end user can preserve own right within one month after the payment. If it has been over one month, the end user must pay service charge for domain name in the case that the end user wants to renew a hosting plan on free domain name, the end user must identify free domain name which wants to use within one month.
8.) The provider will be not responsible to damages of website in any case as error of an equipment, the end user is careless to delete own information or any other force majeure of the provider or the end user.
9.) If the provider gets some complaints, requests or suspenses, the provider reserve the right by cancelling temporarily or stop the end user's service in order to investigate and search for that cause.
10.) The provider has a right to cancel a service immediately in any condition if the end user use counterfeit or stolen credit card for service.
11.) The provider reserves a right to use or reveal information of the end user, when the provider has a request from a government officer because the provider has cooperation with Royal Thai Police for check websites that are consisted of unsuitable content and contrary to a public order. If anyone sees or knows some clues, pleases to inform some information for continue to legal action with that website.
12.)All contents or web designs which is built by the provider, the provider reserve the right to prohibit the end user to copy, duplicate, or other executions elsewhere by not having written permission.
13.) The provider will contact the end user via E-mail which is the end user order on the webpage. If the end user wants to change the provider or E-mail for contact, the end user can use the E-mail which is used for order to inform. If that E-mail is unusable, the provider may ask for more documents that is a certificate of company and a receipt etc. If the end user doesn't have these documents, the provider can't give an inside information to the end user in any case.
14.) Normally, the provider will upload free Open Source, that amount of free open source is double of amount of websites which that package is supportable such as if that hosting plan is supportable 2 websites, the provider will upload 4 free open sources.
15.) If the provider wants to change some data that may affect to a new setup adding. There will be more setup for example, setup for new name of hosting service or new operating. If it is plan extension, it is extendible for one year without a service charge of setup.
16). The provider is not a software/script or website programming provider, so the provider reserves the right to not answer these problems, but the provider may post links which are related to the problem to the end user in order to learn themselves because the provider will only answer hosting or e-mail problems, a main duty of the provider is a hosting or e-mail provider who maintains servers that is used to service to be usable following to all qualifications of services which is appeared on the webpage.
17.) Any files that the end user is using on servers such as Website Files, E-Mail Files or Database Files, if they are infected by virus, that files will be automatically deleted by not having a notification.
18.) The provider reserves the right to stop a service temporarily in the case that the end user uses over quota for space or traffic, there will be E-mail warning within 7 days before temporarily stopping a service. If the end user has already received the E-mail warning, please contact to our sales executive for extend more quota urgently.
19.) In case of the end user wants to cancel or adjust own service with the provider before a contract is finished, the end user has no right to ask for the refund except the end user cancels the service by themselves, the provider will refund the deserved service charge for the end user.
20.) The end user has to store data files which is located on servers in case that there is a request on the data file from the provider, the end user must pay the service charge for processing of the data file copying.
21.) The provider reserves the right to change these terms of service all the time by not having a notification to the end user.
